Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Affiliating with the HOME AROUND THE WORLD website is conditional upon your acceptance of these conditions without modification. Please read them carefully. By placing our link on your site you verify that you approve and accept the terms and conditions in this Agreement. If you do not wish to accept any part of the terms and conditions, you must not link to our website.
1. Term of Agreement
A: This agreement commences on the date of our acceptance of your application, which will be notified to you in our acceptance email.
B: Either party can terminate this agreement, for any reason at any time, upon written notification.
C: This agreement will be deemed to have terminated on the date of notification of the termination.
2 Commission
A: A commission rate of 20% (twenty percent) commission will be paid to affiliate partners for memberships purchased to HOME AROUND THE WORLD.
B: A minimum of £25 commission must be accrued by an Affiliate partner before any payment will be made. Payments of £25 or over will be paid to affiliate members on a monthly basis. For example: any monthly commission less than £25 will be “rolled-over” to the following month. (Home Around The World reserves the right to vary the dates of these payments due to any unforeseen circumstances).
C: Commissions are earned on sales occurring only during the term of this agreement.
3 Non-Solicitation ANTI SPAM Policy
Home Around The World is against the sending of unsolicited commercial email (SPAM). We reserve the right to cancel this agreement if it comes to our attention that you are sending out spam emails mentioning HOME AROUND THE WORLD in any way. Home Around The World is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM.
3 Modification to the terms and conditions
We reserve the right to modify or add to these our Terms & Conditions at any time and will endeavour to keep all affiliates aware of any such alterations by email. Your continued participation in the affiliate program, following our posting of any modifications constitutes a binding acceptance of the change.
4 Indemnification
The affiliate partner agrees to indemnify Home Around the World against all costs, claims and liabilities arising from any breach of these terms.5 Law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the sole jurisdiction of English Courts of Law.
