Terms & Conditions

1. I will take good care of any accommodation entrusted to me by any person introduced to me through Home Around the World.
2. I agree that all listing information is only for my personal use as a member and will not be used in connection with any business activities. I will not copy or disclose such information to anyone else.
3. I consent to my listing appearing online, even though it will be available to members who may be in countries where there is not adequate legal protection against the misuse of personal data and may use it for purposes outside their membership, though to do so will breach their membership terms.
4. I acknowledge the right of Home Around the World to edit any listings and acknowledge that Home Around the World cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy of any listings or the actions of any members.
5. I acknowledge the right of Home Around the World to cancel membership for breach of any of these terms without refund of my membership fee but if my membership is cancelled without reasonable cause then I am entitled to a refund pro rata for the unexpired period of membership.
6. Upon receipt of Membership and consequent release of members' confidential information, no refunds can be allowed.
7. I agree that any information or material I supply will not be illegal, pornographic, misrepresent anything in my listing nor defamatory or in breach of the intellectual property rights of any third party.
8. I agree to indemnify Home Around the World against all costs, claims and liabilities arising from any breach of these terms.
9. I acknowledge that Home Around the World cannot become involved in disputes between members and that these terms are governed by English law and subject to the sole jurisdiction of English Courts of Law.
